We're back from Christmas break. It means we will process all orders and enquiries as soon as possible.

I ordered a game but it hasn't arrived yet. Where is my package?

If you received a shipping confirmation, please check the tracking number we've sent you. If there is a delay or other problem, please contact the delivery company you have chosen.

I ordered a game with "National Post" shipping option in November/December and still haven't receive any product.
Most of the delays are caused by ongoing Xmas time - Post is overloaded with the packages. Everything slows down & usually it takes up to 4 weeks for Global Post to deliver the package during such busy period.
