Shipping & Billing

All orders are dispatched from our workshop within 3-5 business days. Once your package is ready to be picked up by carrier, you will receive a shipping notification from our website with your tracking information.

We ship pretty much worldwide, so if you don't find your home country below, don't worry! Just fill in your shipping time & details when reaching check-out and you will see what's possible for you.

Depending on where you need us to ship your wooden game, shipping time will vary. Here is a recap for frequent shipments:

 ⚠️ When placing an order with us, please note that we are based in Warsaw, Poland! For all non-EU shipments, keep in mind that customs may ask you for import taxes to release your package (especially in Switzerland, Mexico, all South American countries) as well as it can lead to extra delays. 

    ⚠️ Keep in mind though that National Post works in mysterious ways (especially before Xmas!) and that these time frames are an average, not a guarantee.

    ⚠️ Remember to check the tracking website to make sure your package isn't waiting for you to collect it at your local post office!

     

    BILLING

    To receive a VAT-refunded invoice for a purchase, please contact us right after creating your order. Don't forget to mention your VAT ID & order number.
